Follow-up and control

We follow up and control operations and on-site supervision, investigation and correction of deviations, as well as management of maintenance and improvement projects, while reporting on the condition and development of the power plant. We also perform regular site visits and inspections to make sure that the daily operations are compliant with laws and regulations.

Operational monitoring

Our operational monitoring is provided via a customized second-level SCADA system and in-house KPIs. We perform logging of incidents and operation, maintenance history and availability calculation through customized software.

Quality assurance and HSE compliance

We perform quality assurance and compliance by setting up and maintaining a system for compliance in accordance with laws and regulations.

Revenue management

We provide revenue optimization on asset and portfolio levels, running in-house analysis for risk mitigation.

Commercial Management

Reporting

On-demand reporting to management and stakeholders on all operational, commercial and financial aspects is provided through the web-based Captiva Portal.

Control

We handle commercial agreements such as power sales, green certificates (Elcert) and guarantees of origin (GoO), as well as negotiation and follow-up of supplier agreements.

Assistance

We assist in the preparation of customized operating budgets and business plans, both short and medium-term.

Analysis

We provide analysis of historical data, as well as the option to customize other reports and analyses.
